
SHIPPING
All domestic USA all natural horse care product orders are either shipped via UPS, USPS first class mail or priority mailed via USPS. Depending on your zip code the cheapest shipping option will be used. Shipping costs are $15.00 any size mailing box and usually arrive within 5 business days depending on your location. International orders are shipped via USPS first class international and costs $45.00 USD. Orders usually arrives within 3 weeks. We are not responsible for custom charges and fees.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase however due to the nature and type of products Horse n Tale provides we are unable to process a full refund. We are however happy to exchange your product for another one on the following basis.
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED?
You may return most new, unopened items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or used for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. Used goods. Items that have been opened. All returned and refunded products will incur transaction fees. These will be deducted from any possible refund.
WHEN DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED BY?
Within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN HORSE CARE PRODUCT ITEMS?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account and click on the ‘Resolution Centre’ and complete the details there. We’ll authorize your return by email and process your account credit once we’ve received the returned item. To return your product, you should email us first for an address of where to ship the product too.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
Original shipping rates are not refundable. Returns for faulty products will be shipped at our expense. All other returns must be paid for by the customer. A return, postpaid, self-addressed package/satchel must be included when exchanging items.
CREDIT FOR RETURNS & PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your product exchange. If you are approved, then your product exchange will be processed, and any credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A store credit will be applied when an item isn’t being exchanged. Please state your preference.
PACKING MATERIALS
Please return your items in their original packaging where possible. Returns valued at over $100.00 must be sent via a shipping method that enables tracking (express/registered post). Or you will be liable for any goods that don’t arrive. The same applies to return parcels when exchanging.
