For all orders of our natural horse care product(s) within the USA, we offer efficient shipping options through USPS ground mail or priority, tailored to your zip code for the best value. Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 per mailing box, covering packaging and processing fees. Your order should typically reach you within 5 business days, depending on your location. International orders are shipped via USPS first class international at a cost of $45.00 USD with an estimated arrival time of 3 weeks. Please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction with every purchase from Horse N Tale; however, due to the nature of our products, full refunds are not possible. Nevertheless, we gladly offer exchanges under certain conditions.
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Most new and unopened items may be returned for exchange if they remain unused and in their original packaging as received. We do not accept returns on used items or goods not meeting these criteria post 7 days after delivery or opened items. Please note that refunded products will incur transaction fees deducted from any potential refund.
TIMEFRAMES FOR RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within 7 days from delivery date to qualify for exchange eligibility; thereafter we regret we cannot process exchanges without proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCEDURE HORSE CARE PRODUCT
To facilitate a return: log in to your account, access the ‘Resolution Centre,’ and follow instructions for initiating a return request there. Upon approval via email confirmation, once we receive the returned item(s), your account credit will be processed promptly.

RETURNS SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping charges. However, if you need to return a faulty product, we will cover the shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Kindly include a self addressed package or satchel with prepaid postage when exchanging items.
CREDIT & EXCHANGES
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. You will also receive notification regarding the approval or denial of your product exchange request. If approved, your exchange will be processed, and any credit due will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe. In cases where no exchange is made, store credit will be issued instead. Please let us know your preference.
PACKAGING GUIDELINES
We kindly ask that you return items in their original packaging whenever possible. Items valued at over $100.00 should be shipped using a trackable method (such as express or registered post) to ensure safe delivery; otherwise, any missing goods become the responsibility of the sender this rule also applies to return parcels during exchanges.
